Our Irish Stout, with a generous amount of flaked oats and barley and a strong roasted flavour.

 This is a classic English ale, minimal hopping and has mild caramel notes. Enjoy this nice light sessional beer.  2.9%  ABV

A dark ale with medium bittering , chocolate notes and lacking the roasted flavours of our stout, or the smokiness present in our Raven Ale. 4.8% ABV

A Continental style ale using a generous amount of Saaz Hops. 

6.0% ABV ~30 IBU

 A refreshing lager made from German, Czech and a sprinkling of Canadian hops 

5.0% ABV ~ 16 IBU

Cold fermented from 100% local apples & conditioned over the winter for a cold, refreshing finish. Using local apples and honey results in a semi sweet hard apple cider. 5% ABV 

With 100% Local apples, the addition of cranberry in this cider leaves a nice tart and fruity finish. 6%  ABV

Made from 100% local apples, for those cider drinkers who prefer a dry cider.  5% ABV

Copper in colour with a light malty flavour & a refreshing finish. Our most popular beer.

Enjoy the flavour of one of this provinces most important agricultural crops, and a customer favourite. We add blueberries to each glass, a real thirst quencher.

AVA has an amber hue, a light fruity malt flavour under a generous hopping with North American Hops, pine and floral notes dominate this bitter.
