 This is a classic English ale, minimal hopping and has mild caramel notes. Enjoy this nice light sessional beer.  ABV 2.9%

A dark ale with medium bittering , chocolate notes and lacking the roasted flavours our our stout and the smokiness present in our Raven Ale. ABV 4.8%

Cold fermented from 100% local apples & conditioned over the winter for a cold, refreshing finish. Using local apples and honey results in a semi sweet hard apple cider. ABV 5%

Made from 100% local apples, for those cider drinkers who prefer a dry cider. ABV 5%

With 100% Local apples, the addition of cranberry in this cider leaves a nice tart and fruity finish. ABV 6%

Copper in colour with a light malty flavour & a refreshing finish. Our most popular beer.

Enjoy the flavour of one of this provinces most important agricultural crops, and a customer favourite. We add blueberries to each glass, a real thirst quencher.
